Is SoonEmpty free?
Yes — Free supports up to 8 items and 1 store location reminder. Upgrade to Pro anytime for unlimited items and more features.
Is it a subscription?
No. SoonEmpty Pro is a one-time purchase. Pay once, own it.
How do reminders work?
SoonEmpty learns your typical replenishment rhythm from your usage and organizes items into Now / Soon / Later. The more you use it, the better it gets at predicting when you'll need things.
Does SoonEmpty work offline?
Yes! All your data is stored locally on your device. Internet is only needed to purchase or restore Pro — and optionally for iCloud Sync.
Does location tracking drain battery?
No continuous tracking. SoonEmpty uses iOS region monitoring (geofencing), which is designed to be efficient.
Does it sync between devices?
Yes! From version 1.2, you can enable iCloud Sync to keep your items, purchase history, and photos in sync across all devices using the same Apple ID.
Can I restore Pro on a new phone?
Yes — use Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID.
How can I delete my data?
In the app: Settings → Data → Reset. If you can't access the app, email support and we'll help you out.
I found a bug — what should I include?
Use the export diagnostics feature in the app to help us troubleshoot. You can preview what information will be sent and remove any data you don't want to share.
